The current enormous surge in electric power demand, with the rate of over 10%, will cause many difficulties against the power supply as from 2019-2020 onwards.
Power prices will increase by an average of 8.36 per cent at the end of this month, said deputy minister of Industry and Trade (MoIT) Hoàng Quốc Vượng on Tuesday.
